Assessment of some legislative initiatives in the sphere of introduction of the ban on committing acts of violating the peace and quiet of the Russian citizens

The article analyzes the provisions of the draft Federal law "On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation to prevent actions violating the silence and peace of the citizens", which is planned to introduce a new type of administrative punishment, i.e. the termination of the right of ownership of the building in which the committed actions, which violate the silence and peace of the citizens is expressed in the sale by public auction of such premises with the payment to the owner of the assets obtained from the sale, less the cost of execution of the court decision.
