Assessment of the necessity for adoption of legal neutrality of intelligent systems

The article examines the assessment of the need to accept the legal neutrality of intelligent systems (IS). The author comes to the conclusion that today IS are successfully applied in various fields, however, in order to eliminate the multiple risks associated with their use, it is necessary to adopt appropriate laws and develop a legal policy regarding the regulation of relations involving IS. The set of principles governing the above-mentioned relationships should include the principle of legal IS neutrality to ensure that unnecessary barriers are not erected to prevent the benefits of IS from being realized.
