Teaching performance assessment in the corporate university

The study considers the educational interaction in the corporate university. The theoretical analysis describes how to harmonize the requirements of state and corporate standards in the higher education institutions in such a form which is unconventional for Russia. The empirical evidence collected by the authors when conducting a comprehensive review of university teachers’ activity allows one to reveal the features of such activity in a private university, which is a part of a large industrial holding. In the authors’ opinion, it was sufficient to emphasize five competence-based evaluation units having reflected corporate requirements of the customer (corporation) to the lecturer activities. The stated evaluation criteria identified the main catalysts for effective educational interaction in a corporate higher education institution, namely the readiness of an educator to meet corporate standards and the duration of his cooperation with the university or corporation (customer).
