Evaluation of online records storage on the basis of internal audit

At present the online storage of documents is playing an important role in the company's activities and is an integral part of not only the records management, but the quality management system as well. The proper online storage of documents in departments determines the preservation of necessary information and the efficiency of working with it. It is shown that there are drawbacks associated with converting documents into files. It is proposed to evaluate the accuracy of the online storage based on internal audits.
