It is investigated the problem of parametric identification of the distorting system model using iterative methods. It is pointed out that the iteration stop number is a regularizing parameter of the problem. It is proposed ways to evaluate the optimal stop number. It is investigated the identification quality of the distorting system model through monitoring the exact input and perturbed output signals. It is proposed method for choosing problem stabilizing functional and taking into account non-linear constraints outside the iterative process.
