Improving the level of management in employee relations with the aim of building harmonious and stable labor relations that will contribute to the development of the digital economy is a relevant topic of modern research. This article analyzes the behavior of companies and employees in accordance with game theory under various personnel management strategies through a system of motivation and punishment. Some proposals are put forward to improve the level of human resource management. The results of the study can be applied to assess the state of relations with employees in order to ensure timely management adjustments in company-employee relationships.
