Parameters ellipse’s counter rating

In this article is described developing algorithm for parameters ellipse counter’s rating: the value of semi-major axis and the semi-minor axis, coordinate’s centre, rotate. This problem turns out for control tube’s diameter and rating deviation from the nominal value. Initial data are ellipse’s equation and sequence points on a plane. Algorithm bases on connection ellipse’s equation and sequence points, which is showed by transform matrix (offset and rotate). The solution is found as nonlinear equation’s system, which is solved iteration method.
