Performance appraisal of the company: criteria and methods

Article is devoted by a question of the organization and evaluating personnel of the company. In work functions of human resource management and the main requirements imposed to criteria for evaluation of personnel are studied. Also the main modern methods of assessment personnel are presented in article and their short characteristic is given.
