Now in many spheres of public life, public relations, in the state and municipal management their information, global coverage of digital technologies, electronic document circulation settled. Not spared the digital era and the sphere of relations in personnel management, comes more fundamentally new HR-technologies, often electronic, digital format, which imposes significant changes in HR-processes. At the same time, these changes are not only about the introduction of high-tech products and solutions that improve the quality, efficiency of personnel work, but also in the formation of a new model of personnel management. All of the above causes the need for HR managers to live according to the laws of the digital age.
