Assessment of prospects for digital transformation of organizations using different groups of human resources management theories

The article explores the dependence of the degree of readiness of organizations for digital transformation on the used group of the theory of personnel management using SWOT analysis. The characteristics of organizations for each group of human resources management theories are listed, strategic directions of digital transformation of organizations are defined and information technologies used for automation of human resources management functions are indicated. The results of the SWOT analysis clearly indicate that organizations using a group of theories of human relations are ready for digital transformation, and enterprises using a group of classical theories of personnel management are in the most difficult situation due to upcoming changes.
