Evaluation of indicators and problems of territory development with special economic status of the Far East

Territories of Advanced Social and Economic Development (TOR) and Free Port of Vladivostok are relatively new phenomena for the Far East. However, they demonstrate quite rapid growth rates for a many of indicators. These regimes are betting on providing a qualitatively different level of development of the Far Eastern territories. The article assesses the role and main indicators of TORs and PWV, presents problem areas in their development, analyzes the latest legislative changes in this area.
