Assessment of capacity building and implementation of new technologies in the regions of the Siberian federal district

A system of indicators is proposed for assessing the potential for creating and introducing new technologies in the regions. Generalized rank estimates using the methods of multidimensional average and «Pattern» allow us to assess the territorial differences in the levels of creation and implementation of new technologies in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. A comparative analysis of the subjects of the Siberian Federal District. The results of the study can be used in the practice of regional and public administration.
