Evaluation of the implementation of public procurement in the Republic of Crimea and city of Sevastopol

This article is devoted to consideration of the issues raised in the Federal city of Sevastopol, when implementing public procurement state budget institutions in accordance with the Federal Law No. 44-FZ «On contract system in procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs». Also the analysis of centralized procurement and organizing joint tenders and auctions.
