Assessment of personnel management process in the system of corporate economic security

The article provides assessment of personnel management process in the system of corporate economic security. Conclusions have been made on the level of personnel security in a particular organization; some key lines have been proposed for reducing staff turnover and strengthening the human resource component of economic security. The purpose of this article is assessment of personnel management process and development of measures for improvement of the personnel management process in the system of corporate economic security. The proposed recommendations will reduce the threat to economic security on the part of human resources. The research has used such approaches as system analysis, factor analysis, prognostication, classification.
