Strength estimation of compound rod with regular structure

The stress deformed state under construction with the action of own weight an three tread vertical rod compounded one after another from three structural rods is studying analytically. The stresses in each rod are calculated by averaging. The procedure of gluing solution is described in detail. It has been shown that compressive stresses in each one rod essentially exceed maximum stresses in cross sections of the equivalent homogenous rod.
