Estimation of productivity and quality of the grain in immune introgressive lines of soft wheat of the Saratovskaya 29 variety

The some determinant of productivity and technological properties of the grain in immune lines of soft wheat of the Saratovskaya 29 variety were studied, the immunity donor of which was synthetic hexaploid wheat Triticum timopheevii x Aegilops tauschii having the genes of resistance to powdery mildew (Pm) and also - to leaf rust (Lf) and stem rust (Si). The determinants were revealed on which the genotypic sphere or growing conditions have an influence to a greater extent. It was shown that foreign material from Synthetic variety has not a negative influence on some quantitative determinants, and certain lines have the content of gluten and protein in grain high by 10.5 % and 6.1 %, respectively, than the Saratovskaya 29 variety. The data of alveograph and farinograph confirm that immune lines according to standard as a rule belong to category of «strong» wheat. They can be valuable initial material in selection programs.
