Assessment of occupational risks of women employed in machine-building production

The procedure for assessing the occupational risks of production processes and technological schemes is currently mandatory for all enterprises and industries. Risk assessments can be carried out considering various factors and the depth, as well as the detail of the process. Women in machine-building production participate in almost all technological processes (with the exception of those in which women's work is prohibited by law). The results of the analysis show that women are still engaged in traumatic jobs that do not always correspond to the adaptive capabilities of the female body. At the same time, there is a risk of reproductive health disorders and the birth of weakened offspring in women.
