The article is devoted to the development of a methodology for evaluating industrial and production personnel on the example of the company PJSC "Machine-Building Plant named after M.I. Kalinin, Yekaterinburg". This development will allow us to establish the relationship between the competencies of personnel and their performance indicators in the reporting period with material remuneration.
