The evaluation of region industrial potential in the conditions of digital economy

The report presents the results of a study to determine the state of development of the region's industry using the example of the North-West Federal District. The author proposes a system of indicators for valuation the industrial potential of the region, and algorithm for determining the quantity of the potential was chosen, and its integral estimate for the period from 2010 to 2015 was obtained. The report concluded that in modern conditions it is necessary to form an industrial policy of the region correspond to the requirements of the digital economy.
