This article considers the influence of a variety of educational programs on the functional state of the body of students in the learning process at the university. Studies complement the knowledge about the specific adaptive responses depending on the psycho-physiological and psychological characteristics of students, deepen the information on autonomic mechanisms of adaptation of students to learning activities and the various contents of the study material.
