The article presents a pedagogical experiment of the context of ensuring the productivity of the implementation of educational activities of higher school students against the background of fatigue accumulation, suggesting: first, the need to take into account the physiological and psychophysiological cost of the exercises performed, the degree of maintaining the level of functional reserves for successful capacity and life activity; Secondly, it focuses on the use of heterogeneous complex motor actions that involve the mechanisms of mental and cognitive processes and form a stable cross-adaptation of a person.
