The article considers the issues of human nutrition, which is one of the main determinants of health. Health directly depends on the quality of products. The purpose of the research is to study the food market of the Republic of Mordovia for the presence of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) undeclared in ingredient composition. The findings state that the products presented on the food market of the Republic of Mordovia conform to ingredient compositions indicated on packages.
