Analysis of Prevalence of Endocrine Ophthalmopathy in Patients with Autoimmune Thyroid Pathology

The analysis of the prevalence of endocrine ophthalmopathy (EOP) in patients treated in the endocrinology department of the Clinical Hospital No. 4 of Saransk was carried out. The prevalence of EOP was 26,6%. 85,7% of patients with EOP were in thyrotoxicosis, 4,8% in hypothyroidism, 9,5% in euthyroid state. The disease was two times more often diagnosed in women.
