The article discusses the basic methods of assessment of the quality of life (QL) of patients with cardio-vascular diseases. It substantiates the expedience of studying the influence of the administered treatment both on the clinical manifestations of the disease and the patient's everyday life, its length and quality. It offers detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods of research of the QL of the patients and the possibilities of their application in clinical practice.
