Assessment of the development of digital platforms for municipal property management

As part of the work, the possibility and need for the introduction of a digital platform in the framework of municipal property management is considered. The scenario consists of a set of initiatives with duration characteristics, resource requirements and interdependence from other property management initiatives at the municipal level. The purpose of the study is to identify the essence of public administration of municipal property. The theoretical and methodological relevance of this work is that economists do not consider the issue of publicity in property management as a priority in modern realities. The lack of development of these questions predetermined the relevance, practical significance of the problem and the tasks that the author outlined in the article. This goal determined the need to solve the following problem: to determine the economic effect of managing municipal property on the basis of a digi- tal platform. Methodology. During the work on the article, a general scientific method of knowing the problem and a method of system analysis, the theory of digitalization of systems, calculation and experimental methods for modeling digitalization of property, as well as methods based on the theory of functional specialization and restructuring theory, were applied. Results. Digitalization of ownership in the municipality will allow you to convert analog data flows into a figure and transfer existing communications to computer technology - this will be the first step towards achieving the goal, then it will be necessary to complete the automation of all processes (in the infrastructure), and provide modern equipment with support for digital technologies. Conclusions. Digital property management on the basis of one platform allows you to solve the problem of combining several types of accounting carried out by the municipality in a single information system, to maintain a systematic and at the same time object accounting of municipal property.
