Evaluation of the effectiveness of methods of market coordination of the social sphere

The relevance of the research is due to the need to substantiate the tools of market coordination of the functioning of non-state actors of the social sphere. The purpose of the article is to assess the effectiveness of individual methods of market coordination from the perspective of quantitative changes in the model of functioning of producers of the social sphere. The results obtained characterize the use of quasi-market mechanisms to ensure effective demand as the most effective, however, the model of using budget funds outside the public sector should be justified from the perspective of public efficiency. The data obtained regarding the results of using various tools to stimulate non-governmental producers of the social sphere show a low impact of these factors on the functioning of organizations, which is due to the low coverage of social sector producer swith support tools.
