Risk assessment of the social and economic development of the regions of the South of Russia (factor approach)

In the article the assessment methodology of the regional risk is offered, its distinctive feature is the analysis of the provision and the involvement into the regional reproduction process of the factors of the social and economic development (tested on the basis of the regions of the South of Russia).
