Regional Finance is an integral part of the financial system of any country, both economically and socially, so the assessment of their role is of great importance. This article considers and evaluates the role of regional Finance in the economic and social development of the region on the example of the Republic of Dagestan, analyzes the dynamics of revenues and expenditures of the budget of the Republic of Dagestan.
