Assessment of noise exposition and related risk to health of the population living in zone of airport influence

In article questions of hygienic assessment the noise exposition of the population, living in a zone of airport influence are considered. For assessment risk to the population health it was calculated the average noise level formed by complex influence of aircrafts and land-based sources of noise. It is defined that in zones, lying most nearly to the airport, more high levels of exposition and risk of emergence the negative effects in a population health state, including nervous and cardiovascular systems, organs of hearing are formed. Removal from the airport in the studied limits reduces risks of development the violations of the health bound to acoustic extra medium factor. According to appealability of the population behind medical care of a zone, the lying most nearly to the airport, are characterized by higher (by 1,1-1,9 times) levels of abundance the diseases of blood circulation system, central and vegetative nervous systems, diseases of ear and mastoid, a number of nosological forms of the specified classes concerning which the high risk to the population health, caused by an ear pollution of habitat was predicted.
