Evaluation of the system for ensuring the elements of financial control of a budget institution

In this paper, the author evaluates the security system and elements of financial controlling of a budget institution. Currently, there are a large number of assessments of the effective provision of the financial controlling system, when it is impossible to distinguish the main methodology, the author gives a variety of these assessments and reduces them to two approaches: financial, multi-criteria. In addition, the author has studied the classification of financial methods that allow assessing the effectiveness of providing a controlling system. Based on the analysis of the object under study, conclusions and recommendations are given.
