Assessment of compliance with prohibitions and restrictions during the movement of goods through the customs border of the Russian Federation

Tariff regulation in the customs business can be viewed as a set of measures that are associated with the maintenance of national security and protectionist policies. That is, prohibitions and restrictions are not aimed at the price characteristics of goods transported across the customs border. This article discusses the relevance of the application of prohibitions and restrictions in Russia's foreign trade, and also conducts an appropriate analysis. According to the results of the analysis, the existing problems in this industry were identified.
