Assessment of the social efficiency of the management of a small enterprise in the service sector

The assessment of the economic efficiency of enterprise management should be supplemented by a justification of the social efficiency of management, since the profit and sales volumes of the company's services are directly related to employees: services are provided directly to the consumer with direct human-human interaction. That is why special attention should be paid to the effectiveness of the management of employees providing services to the end user. In view of the fact that these criteria are most often evaluated by a qualitative method, several indicators are proposed that can be evaluated independently quantitatively and analyzed for trends in their changes: certification for professional skills and psychological testing, the results of which are included in the final model for evaluating the effectiveness of the management of a small business in the service sector.
