Assessment of the state and problems of housing in the city of Krasnodar

The role and significance of housing construction in the economy of the city of Krasnodar is substantiated. The analysis of indicators of urban housing stock is carried out. Methods are described for the management of the housing stock. The characteristic of the housing stock by construction time and degree of wear is presented. For an objective assessment of the situation on the housing market, a comparative analysis of the average relative indicators of housing security in the city and region was conducted. The situation in the housing construction market was assessed. Despite the positive situation in the housing sector of the city as a whole, problems were identified in rural localities of Krasnodar, including insufficient housing supply and housing construction.
