Evaluation of the implementation of e-government in the Voronezh region

The paper discusses the results of the implementation of the regional target program «Informatization of the Voronezh region for 2010-2014». The analysis allowed identifying the factors slowing transition to the information society in the region. In this paper, the authors propose ways of improving the process of introduction of e-government technologies on the territory of the Voronezh region.
