Assessment of modern migration processes on the example of the Tver region

The article is devoted to topical issues of labor migration. The modern migration situation in range the Tver region is assessed from the standpoint of the following demographic and socio-economic indicators: the natural movement of the population, the balance of labor resources, the number and composition of the labor force, and migration growth. Considered the issues of the dependence of the regional economy on foreign labor migrants and the legalization of the activities of foreign labor in the labor market. Given the idea of the balance of labor resources and Based on this system of indicators, formulated the characteristic features of the labor potential of the Tver region.
