Evaluation of the degree of credit risk on loans provided to legal entities by commercial banks

This article is devoted to the definition and assessment of credit risks of commercial banks, in particular in the work on lending to legal entities.it defines the importance of the evaluation procedures of banks in the management of credit risks at the level of the loan portfolio and each individual borrower. The author considers the three most common methods of credit risk assessment used by Russian credit institutions. The article reveals their essence and method of implementation.
