Assessement of stimulating the cultural workers through the prism of theories of motivation

The authors of the article consider three groups of theories: initial, substantive and procedural and analyze the motivation of the specialists of the cultural institutions through the prism of major provisions of those paradigms. The assessment of the specialists’ motivation in the sphere of culture is based on the authors’ sociological research done in the cultural institutions.
