These business conditions of enterprises in the Russian conditions require the need to rotate the ownership of companies and the formation of exact rules and installations for the valuation of the assets of the company. At the same time, the cost of a business is a very important evaluation indicator that forms an objective assessment of an enterprise. Any financial procedures (investing, selling, collateral) imply business valuation.
