Assessment of the cost of specialized assets, including machines and equipment, with the application of the income approach

The article proposes a method for evaluating the company’s specialized assets using the income approach through known rates of capital, the timing of investment projects and internal rates of return. Determining the value of all specialized assets allows us to estimate the value of specialized machines and equipment within the framework of the income approach.
