Assessment of tariff benefits and preferences and the main problems of customs and tariff regulation of the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to the assessment of tariff benefits and preferences and the problems of customs and tariff regulation within the Russian Federation. The dynamics of the provision of tariff benefits for certain categories of goods is considered and analyzed, as well as the control of the reliability of the declared information on the origin of goods and the validity of the provision of tariff preferences for 2021-2023 is studied. In conclusion, the main problems of customs and tariff regulation within the framework of the Russian Federation are identified.
