Technosphere safety of the urbanized territories is interfaced not only to ecological factors, but also and with the factors defining the life quality in urban environment is a social safety, which means technogenic danger and all phenomena connected with this type of danger, namely, increasing quantity of motor transport, decrease in culture of driving and behavior on roads, legal violations, road accidents.
