Valuation of thermal state of steel cylinder with thermal protective coating loaded with high-temperature thermal pulse

Бесплатный доступ

The article provides an analysis of the numerical solution of the one-dimensional equation of thermal conductivity of the wall of an endless cylinder having a thermal protective coating (TPP) loaded with a short-term high-temperature thermal pulse. For a steel thick-walled cylinder made of alloyed structural steel with chrome protective coatings, loading conditions have been determined that lead to overheating of the base metal to critical conditions that lead to polytropic transformations that contribute to the destruction of the adhesive layer. Comparative analysis of heat-protective properties of chromium coating and coatings formed from metal oxides was carried out.
