Treatment Resistant Schizophrenia is a fairly common problem faced by psychiatrists. There is no consensus as to the definition of the term «Treatment Resistant Schizophrenia». Second generation antipsychotics are advocated for patients with Treatment Resistant Schizophrenia. However, till date, clozapine remains the treatment of choice.
