In work are presented tests results on estimate of measurements accuracy, which were conducted by synchronous using optical system of displacement and strain fields analysis and dynamic extensometer. The high efficiency of using digital image correlation for researching of materials behavior on inelastic deformation stage, at initiation of inhomogeneous strain fields, and waves of plastic strain localization was shown.
