The article examines the assessment of the labor potential in the organization and analyzes the main activities of PJSC Sibur Holding, also examines scientific approaches to determining the essence of the concept of "labor potential" in modern conditions and considers the main approaches to the assessment of labor potential in the organization. The ways of increasing the efficiency of the use of labor potential are also considered.
