Assessment of the involvement of the human capital in innovative development of Krasnodar krai

In article the level of an involvement of the human capital in innovative development of Krasnodar Krai is considered. The comparative analysis of dynamics of internal costs of research and development and dynamics of arrival of patent requests on the edge is carried out. An assessment of innovative activity of the organizations of Krasnodar Krai is given. The provided outputs allowed to define the significance of the human capital which in the modern conditions needs to be considered as the dominating production factor created in global economic space of economy of knowledge.
