Satisfaction by medical services evaluation in the conditions of industrial medicine

The article presents the results of assessing satisfaction with medical services in industrial medicine. A survey of employees at the Kazminerals Bozshakol mining and processing complex was conducted to evaluate satisfaction with the conditions and equipment of the medical center, the work of specialists, and the quality of medical care. The study is based on an adapted PPE-15 questionnaire divided into three thematic blocks.
