Assessment of satisfaction with professional activities of PHC nurses

Modern health problems are inextricably linked to the motivating function of wages, quality of life and satisfaction of average medical workers. Assessment of the level of satisfaction with the professional activity of a nurse. Karaganda was conducted on the basis of a sociological survey of employees. The following indicators were used as factors for assessing job satisfaction: salary, work schedule, level of physical activity, and psychological climate in the team. The article highlights the main factors that affect the satisfaction of nursing practice specialists with their professional activities.
