Assessment of quality management in the provision of customs services

The article examines the quality management of the provision of customs services by customs authorities, and also outlines the criteria by which a participant in foreign economic activity evaluates the quality of the provision of customs services. With the help of consideration of methodological materials and statistical information, the assessment and degree of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of participants in foreign economic activity, time, comfort, work of customs specialists, as well as the results of the provision of customs services by customs authorities were identified.
