Assessment of the level of safety and efficiency of traffic at intersections and junctions

This article deals with the problem of improving the safety and efficiency of traffic at intersections and junctions. To assess the level of safety and efficiency of traffic was used the method proposed by E. M. Lobanov to determine the likely number of accidents at conflict points at different angles between the directions of flows.
